1. Introduction

Welcome to JB Vending Services. By purchasing a vending machine, hiring equipment, or using our free vending placement service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These terms are designed to protect both you and us and to ensure every machine we install or sell operates smoothly.

2. Product Sales Terms

2.1 Lead Times

  • All machines are custom-built to order.
  • Typical lead times range from 4–8 weeks, depending on model, stock, and shipping.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
  • Remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pickup.
  • Machines will not be released until full payment is received.

2.3 Delivery & Installation

Customers may choose:

  • Delivery only, or
  • Delivery + full installation (where available)

We take all care during delivery and setup, but we are not responsible for building access restrictions, narrow doorways, stairs, or damage caused by customer-provided transport.

3. Warranty Terms

3.1 Standard Warranty

All Avero vending machines sold by JB Vending Services include:

10-Month Warranty Coverage (parts & labour)

Covers:

  • Control boards
  • PCBs
  • Wiring harnesses
  • Motors
  • Touchscreens (for Touch models)
  • Sensors, spirals, and vending mechanisms
  • Refrigeration units (compressor, condenser, evaporator)

3.2 What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, vandalism, or accidents
  • Water damage
  • Incorrect installation by a third party
  • Power surges (surge protection is recommended)
  • Software alterations not authorized by JB Vending
  • Normal wear and tear items (globes, switches, cosmetic panels)

3.3 Warranty Process

If a fault occurs:

If the repair cannot be done remotely, onsite service can be arranged (fees may apply outside warranty scope).

4. Add-On Warranties

Cashless Payments (Nayax VPOS Media 4)

Covered by Nayax's manufacturer warranty. JB Vending provides installation support but is not responsible for third-party hardware faults.

Coin Mechanisms & Bill Acceptors

Covered by the manufacturer's standard hardware warranty.

Security System Add-Ons

Cameras and NVRs (HikVision + TP-Link VIGI) include manufacturer warranties and must be registered with the manufacturer for full coverage.

5. Free Placement Vending Service Terms

These terms apply to workplaces using our free vending machine service.

5.1 Machine Ownership

All machines remain the property of JB Vending Services.

5.2 Product Pricing

Pricing may vary depending on supplier cost, location, and stock availability. We will always inform the business before major price adjustments.

5.3 Maintenance

We handle:

Restocking
Repairs
Payment systems
Cleaning
Monitoring
Security

Customers must:

  • Provide 24/7 access to the machine
  • Ensure machines are not unplugged
  • Prevent unauthorized relocation or tampering

5.4 Removal of Machines

We reserve the right to remove or relocate a machine if:

  • Sales are consistently low
  • The machine is being misused
  • Access is restricted
  • A safety issue is identified

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all machines are built to order, returns are not accepted unless:

  • The machine is significantly not as described
  • A major fault occurs within consumer law guidelines

Change-of-mind returns are not available for vending machines.

7. Limitation of Liability

JB Vending Services is not liable for:

  • Loss of business revenue due to machine downtime
  • Spoiled stock caused by power outages or misuse
  • Installation damage caused by customer-provided movers
  • Data loss from third-party payment systems

8. Software & Connectivity

Some features require internet access (4G, WiFi, or Ethernet).

We are not responsible for:

  • Poor signal strength
  • Customer network issues
  • Third-party outages (Nayax, banks, carriers)
